Talking Head
I’ve recently been to see Image Metrics to find out how the first tests have gone. They will transfer our actors' performances onto CGI heads which will then be placed inside power armour - as you will have seen in the Image Metrics show reel, the process is a bit like mo-cap but uses no markers. There’s a lot of facial animation in the movie, so getting tests like this right now is good news. I can’t wait to see a finished rendered Space Marine head! Hope to share more of this with you sometime soon.

Astartes meets Beowulf?
This is what the style of the revealed screenplay reminds me of. I'm not saying its a bad thing to compare the Imperium's holy warriors to a psychedelic norseman, but then where would that leave the Space Wolves? Crikey! This is getting better the more I hear about it!
Is that Vinnie Jones?
Sure as hell sounds like him
RayvenQ
That Ray Winstone?
i cant wait anymore
goddamit i cant wait for it to finally be done and by the looks of it they have a long way there grr as long as they keep posting updates ill be ok
Great Start!
Yes the voice could use some tweeking, but over all amazing! Love the pictures of the Bolters, its just making me want to go play my Ultramarine company now. Made my day, keep up the good work :D
Awesome
This and the latest concept art MADE MY DAY.
The heavy bolter is looking badass! Gotta love the bolter with scope as well.
RE: Awesome
I wonder what the point of modifying a standard-issue bolter would achieve.
Don't the gene seed add heightened senses among other superhuman abilities? And as the only known chapter to have successfully preserved all of the gene seed patterns after the Horus Heresy, what does adding a scope or any additional apparatus to an Ultramarine's firearm do that can't already be acomplished by the mark 1.2 eye ball, or even a targeting computer HUD within the Marine's helmet?
Its getting points for originality and sheer awsome-ness, but I mean no tactical squad wants to squander resources on a flashy bit of kit do they? Unless the lense secretly has a picture of the Emporer himself with his knarled, slowly decomposing thumbs up on a silly inspiration poster stuck to the inner lense ( de facto mistake legendary marine with sense of humour as well as fanatisism).
Progress
I like the progress you're making guys. Clearly it shows that you want this movie to succeed. At first I thought that there will be nothing of it because you didn't post anything on your blog or made any new updates for a very, very long time. But now you're showering us with updates. I like that; it shows dedtication. Keep up the good work.
The animation looks great, but...
I'm not sure about the voice...
Yes, voice...
I believe it's just work in progress, they had some guy shout in the microphone: "And they shall know no fear!". :D
